Well, my dear... butt plugs have honestly become extremely popular over the last 15-20 years or so. There's been a butt plug fever going around and the number of people experimenting with anal plugs is surprisingly higher than what one would assume.

What type do you use for such extended wear ? Is it the same one or do you switch around.

I use the Prisms Devi glass plug. It's 2.0 inches in diameter at the widest point; the shaft is about 3/4 inch in diameter, and the thing that allows for such long-term comfort is the base is a ring, I'd say the diameter of the ring is about 1.5 inches, while the ring itself is about 1/4 inch thick. It fits between my butt cheeks like a coin in a slot, which means it doesn't sit perpendicular to my butt cheeks. It's tilted at an angle like the njoy, so I wear it with the head facing away from my prostate. Maybe after meals use a thu hole plug. They have 3 sizes. The medium is 2 inches. You will be able to pass gas and not upset your digestive system if you must stay plugged all the time. Avoid excessive enemas. The rectum has its own bacteria for important purposes. If you get rid of them you may become susceptible to other ailments.
