The Flex is silicone. I wouldn't pick the other one because it is jelly.

The flex is higher quality material and much quieter, I would pick that one.

The flex, for the material, but if you're ok with a jelly toy you can always cover it with toy covers/condoms. I personally like the shape of the Double Dipper and the softness of jelly, but covering them does get annoying.
