The watch battery vibes that come with most silicone toys are a joke - but if you get a real bullet vibe that will fit, you may be OK - I have not tried the theory yet, but plan to.

As for adding a vibe to plugs not designed for them, I'm guessing you'll be disappointed in the results.

I have one vibrating but plug that I like - but EF does not carry it anymore link, it's 1.5" dia and takes 2 AAA bateries - no chord - great buzz.

The Rumshakers medium link is good - but I'm not a big fan of chords.

According to Maxim, the Tristan 1.5 should be available shortly. It's a manufacturer issue causing the delay. link

The Nexus G Play, either medium or large. Lauren originally recommended it to me, and I just bought the large. While it's not advertised as a vibrating butt plug, it's safe to use and works damn well as one. The contours are awesome and the vibrations are stellar.
