We have one and absolutely love it. I don't know why people discriminate based on safety rating so much. They're probably missing out on a lot of great toys. High safety rating is a nice bonus for me, but not a deal breaker by any mean. If it was that unsafe, I'm sure it wouldn't be for sale on this site.
