Yes it does smell JUST a bit, but its a new toy smell. Its big. The coloring is amazing, The veins are so realistic. The veins are actually a bit firmer. I would go as far as to say I think the Adam's Pleasureskin feels more realistic than any other toy I've had, including the Vixskin toys from Vixen I've tried (Bandit, Goodfella, Outlaw, Lonestar, Johnny).
That said, the material isn't very durable, has some odor to it, and it extremely porous (so ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a condom with it).
Luckily, it's a very inexpensive toy, so you can toss it if it starts to get nasty - which it will.
