What are the best Strap-on DVDs out there?

A couple of my favorites are the Sherbet and the P-spot both by Tantus. The Sherbet has been discontinued, so you probably won't be able to find it, and the P-spot does not vibrate, but Tantus has a version called the G-spot that does vibrate, so that would be my suggestion. There isn't a lot of texture to the G-spot, but it does have some nice bulges and the P-spot does a good job of contacting my prostate.

Don't have any with both, but anally I really like the Charmer by Tantus (texture, no vibration) and the Captain/Squirt (no texture or vibration, but the curve feels really good). The Luxury also seems to work pretty well, a bit of texture and a nice curve - though it doesn't buzz.

It's a big investment, but if you can swing it the Nexus Maximus is a very nice ride (it vibrates), and I've heard great things about the VixSkin and O2 models.
