When you have a choice of skin tones of dildo's do you generally pick tones that you are or that of your preferred lover?

I am pickier about specific hues than colors in general, so I might get one toy in a dark skin tone and another in a fair one. If there is a non-skin-toned option I will almost always take that over any skin tone though.

It's rare to see a toy offered in both skin tones and other colors, usually it's either one or the other. If it's skin tones, I go with what is closest to my shade unless it is just crazy pale (like O2 vanilla which looks straight up white). If it's other colors, I just choose a favorite.

I love all sorts of colors, though, I prefer flesh tones of some sort.

With realistic, I tend to go for ones that are my husband's tone. Otherwise, I'll just get whatever color appeals to me.
