Ejaculating dildos have a bulb you can use to suck up liquid, then you squeeze the bulb at the appropriate moment and it "comes"! :))

Real semen will clog it up, and will harbor bacteria. Don't do it. You can use warm water or cold water, or some places sell fake semen substitute, but stay away from the real deal.
