Generally I do not like totally rigid toys at all- I prefer those with some squish/give, but that are also pretty solid and hold their shape well. A happy medium!

For me it depends kind of on the size of the toy. I think with a thicker toy I'd like it to be a little squishy. But most of the time if a toy is soft I end up getting frustrated that it's not firm enough. So I'd usually go for a harder firmer toy.

I adore ultra soft toys, they're amazing. Glass can be fun for anal but when I buy dildos, I'm always searching for soft ones. I just got a new super soft vacculock dildo that's pretty girthy, even my partner said he wouldn't be opposed to trying it anally because of it's softness, and he usually only likes glass and hard plastic.
