I have used the Sasha Grey ceramic or glass butt plug. Of course it is as hard and unyielding as one would expect. It does warm up to body temp, if worn long enough.

I have the Duncan Charles Designs "Pleasure" dildo, which is made of ceramic. It feels a lot like glass in use: hard/firm, naturally cold. I think it's a bit lighter than glass, if I remember correctly.
