DH and I would like to explore pegging as a way of spicing up our sex life. I have no experience whatsoever with dildos. I have compared several products on this site and read some reviews, and that was helpful, but in the end I just don't know enough about what features I should be looking for to feel like I am making an informed choice. We're on something of a budget (say, under $50). I do want to balance budget and quality. To some extent, I believe you get what you pay for with sex toys. What advice can you give me? Does anyone have a favorite brand or type? Why? I am hoping to find the right harness and dildo for us in the next couple of weeks so I can purchase as an anniversary present for my husband.

My biggest fear with this is that my husband, who has only experienced some light finger play, will hate the experience of our harness, and I'll love it. Then we will have spent a lot of money on a toy we don't end up using. What can I do (besides, obviously, purchasing a smaller dildo and getting some quality lube) to help him enjoy the experience?

Girly Juice, thanks for your help. I did look at that one, and if pegging turns out to be something we really enjoy, I might well purchase it when the one I chose wears out. (I went with the new comer's strap on kit,a bit more budget friendly for me.) I really need to know if this is for us before I spend as much money as the Bend over Beginner cost, but I did love some of its' features.
