Inflatables generally don't seem to work very well. They're usually made of lesser-grade materials and it looks like they generally don't have the best inflater bulbs on them. Looking at the way they would need to be made you're talking well over $100 to get a halfway decent one.

I'd stick with other toys. Keep in mind you're not so much "stretching" as learning to relax the anus.
