anything silicone is fine. it's completely unrelated to latex. Honestly I don't think I've ever heard of a latex dildo but I could be mistaken

I would certainly go with silicone. It's one of the safest materials out there as well as easy to clean. You can use soap and water and even put it in the dish washer. Silicone is a great material!
