I think design is more important than length....but enough to get the job done...somewhere around 6-7 inches.

4-5 inches in length seems to be about right for me (insertable length, obviously, not including any handle/base or control panel or whatever stays outside the body). Much shorter than 4" can make it trickier to hit my G-spot (I can often manage it with shorter toys, but it's more challenging and tends to not feel quite as good), and much longer than 5" tends to jab my cervix uncomfortably if any sort of vigorous thrusting is involved (though that's a bigger problem in some positions than in others).

....can any human vagina even accommodate something that's 10+ inches in length??? Honest question.
