Well, Johnny does have balls.
Other than that, I have the mustang and I will say it's my favorite dildo because it is pretty much easy to start off with and feels amazing. I will say the squishy heads can fit in when you are pretty tight and then expand when you relax more and if you are not ready for it, it can be a bit of a surprise.

They are both very realistic looking, but for some reason I think the Johnny is more realistic - probably because it has balls.

I Voted mustang. I went and looked at the pages for each to have a good glimpse of the two. Johnny is shiny and the texture of the veins on the shaft are kind of off. It does have balls but it looks off and slightly unnatural.
The mustang is minus the balls, but the shaft and head look beautifully crafted and resemble a penis in a more realistic fashion. It lacks the shine and the awkwardness of texture.
