I want a realistic , dual density dildo that has a 5 inch circumference , preferable with a pronounced head and coronal ridge . I LOVE Vixskin and have the Goodfella and Johnny . Try the Tantus O2 silicone line. They're similar in feel to the Vixskin toys.

I find that Blush Novelties 'Nude' line of dildos are squishy like Vixskin with the same inner rigidity. The O2 material by Tantus is more firm than Vixskin, but it's also a good alternative if you want dual-density silicone. My Ergo by Blush is comparable to Vixskin.

I, too, recommend the Nude line by Blush and their Ergo, called #4 on Eden, is my favorite dildo of all time, even over all the VixSkins I have! I find the head on my #4 is less sharply defined, if that makes sense, so it doesn't scrape me raw. The feeling of the plush Nude dual density, to me, is very similar to VixSkin once used inside of me. Feeling it externally, it is plush, but has a different texture. Internally, that difference is much less noticeable.
I would specifically recommend the Sumo, however, their largest dildo which has a lovely, large and distinct head unlike the #4. Eden doesn't seem to carry it right now, thought they did when the line debuted. PropertyofPotter, a member here, has a fabulous review of Sumo on her blog here
Note the dimensions:

I also hated a pronounced head as I found it painful, preferring a tapered tip which makes insertion easier for me. However, after trying the Ergo (#4), something about it's design and it's softness is just what I needed to start enjoying what a larger head can do. For some reason, it is perfect for hitting my G-spot without the irritation other ones cause me. Also, it feels divine against my cervix (at those times when that feels good to me). Otherwise, no, a larger circumference does not feel as comfortable as my regular dildos.
After my success with Ergo, I re-tried my collection of VixSkin, hoping to have a better result. Unfortunately, they just are not right for me like the Ergo is. That has me considering the Sumo which is the biggest Blush offers in the Nude line. Maybe I will find that very pronounced head will work for me (fingers crossed). Anyway, I don't know if I came close to even answering your question, sorry. I will check back and try again if need be.
