Nothing in any natural flesh tones for me, too creepy. But semi-realistic shape can be okay, if it's a suitably obnoxious and unnatural color and offers me some incentive to try it. I think my most realistic looking toy is the Fun Factory Curve in bright purple, so not very realistic, really.

Realistic all the way, the more realistic, the better. I LOVE veins and testicles (but hold the paint and fake hair, thanks! ). I have some bi desires, but no interest in being with anyone other than my wife. The best realistic dildos, like Vixskin and Cyberskin, are enough like the real thing that I can pretend it's a real part of my wife!
