I'm not going to pick one because I'm not that picky, for me it's more to do with size then the look of it. After all, when I'm 'using' it, I don't really see it
I like realistic, and I like cool ridges and bumps. Smooth is fine, as long as the texture isn't completely slick. If it's just slick it's boring and does nothing for me.
I used to be uncomfortable with the thought of really realistic dildos, but have been warming up to it lately. I really like nice defined heads on my toys. I think something semi-realistic (like, say, the Vamp) is the best for me.

For me, well done realistic toys are very appealing in looks but a toy that poorly mimics the look of the real thing is not. I prefer an unrealistic look to a toy over a shoddily colored realistic toy. Toys of a solid color that have never been skin tones are disturbing.
