It looks like the bulb at the end is where you're supposed to hold the toy. Can anyone confirm if is also where they have measured the circumference from? If so, what is the circumference on the largest insertable portion?

According to the video the head is 5".

Yes, the bulb measures 5" circumference. I am new to toys, and I have to be pretty aroused to get it in, but I LOVE the fullness!
