Some questions about the Strap On Leo...

So we (my boyfriend and I) are looking for a fairly long but not too substantial dildo for both strap on and general use and I have a few questions I'm hoping someone can answer
Firstly I was wondering why this is cheaper than the non vibrating Leo? Just struck me as odd
Secondly is there any other products that someone would recommend over the Leo? And why?
