I am not familiar with strap-ons. Never used one or even touched one, but I have seen a friends (which was meants for two females). I have searched around on EF and cant seem to find what I think Im looking for.
So, I thought I'd ask you guys.

What I am looking for, or want to know if it exisits, is a strap on for a female to wear to keep a dildo inside of her. One that can be used with a male partner to do double vaginal with. We like to do that with smaller toys and it gets tiring and awkward for the wrist and arms.

Does this even exist?

I'm not positive it will work, but you could try the Deuce Male Harness. It has a slot for your partner's penis and a second for a dildo. You might be able to use it for double vaginal penetration.
