The only way I can think of is one person gets double penetration while riding another person missionary style. One person has two shafts inside, the other has one inside. Butttt I really have no clue =/

But, aside from that, it's basically a double-penetrative partner toy.

Hehe, I had no clue either when I first saw it but the reviews definitely helped me make some sense out of it.

Shame they don't make a version with a handle on the side with the vaginal part, not the anal. Then it could be used solo more easily

Or one with a handle on both sides. I like that you can use it either with or without the second attachment.
