To anyone who has used a harness and dildo for vaginal penetration, have you ever felt that maybe the dildo was too flimsy?

I came across this issue last night while using my harness and dildo for the first time. I wasn't sure if it was just beginner's error or if maybe the dildo itself wasn't... stiff enough?

I do plan on trying a few more times before really making my decision, I just wanted to see if anyone else felt this way.

Some dildos are floppy. The floppy ones can be difficult to use in a harness. They kinda have a mind of their own sometimes. X.x

Yeah, I was wondering if it was really just my problem.

I'd used the dildo outside of the harness for my own solo use and hadn't had that problem. Part of me actually wonders if maybe the O-ring wasn't strong enough or maybe that it's too big?

Maybe. But I can normally use floppy ones solo okay, but then have a hard time using them in a harness. If you think it's the O ring you could try a metal one. If you think it's too big, make sure the O ring diameter matches up to the toy and there isn't a lot of wiggle room.

The dildo actually CAME with the harness. But it does look like the O-ring is a bit too big for the dildo.

I can use it just fine for solo play but in the harness it slips out rather easily.

Does Eden sell metal O-rings?

They do, these come in 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 1 3/4" diameter, this set has gold or silver colored 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 2" diameter and this one comes in gold or silver 1 1/4" diameter. You can also find metal rings at your local hardware store.

the 1 1/4 might actually be a perfect size. The one that came with what I got is 1 1/5. It's not THAT much bigger than the dildo, so going a tad smaller would probably be perfect.
