I love glass for it's temperature abilities, smoothness, and weight!

I love silicone for it's colors, velvety finish, and non-porous nature!

I have yet to try metal, but want to try the ribbed dai-do (#4?)!

I haven't brought myself to the point of being able to pay that much for wood, though they look beautiful!

Plastic is ok too! So long as it's mostly body safe (8 ranking).

Different materials for different functions... I love dual density silicone for hard and fast fucking, and glass and metal are great for focused stimulation

Silicone.

After getting a bladder infection from using a (thoroughly cleaned) jelly dildo I won't use anything porous. I think it would be foolish to use anything else (except for glass or maybe metal) since there are reasonably inexpensive silicone toys available.

I think silicone is the best. I've tried glass, but I'm not a big fan. I've never tried wood or metal though... hmm. A lot of people seem to like metal.
