I was wondering if anyone had ever used them. & If anyone uses them besides lesbians. Like for anal or anything? I've always wanted to use one with my girlfriend but I haven't found one that I like yet enough to buy one.

I'm not sure I'm answering the question you asked, but I have many double-ended dildos and enjoy them. I don't share them, though, so I have never had each end simultaneously inserted in two people.

I have a few double-ended dildos and I only use them one end at a time; some double-ended dildos were not designed for both ends to be used simultaneously.
