Freaky in a good way or freaky in a bad way? I like the look of the Cyborg the best but if we're talking about "freaky" in an unappealing way, I'd choose the zombie. The penis looks like its rotting, which I guess is the point but I just don't really like the look.

The Zombie looks the freakiest to me, although the red colour of the Drac reminds me of beetroots which grosses me out a bit.

As crazy as the zombie looks, I think I'll go with the Alien. I own the Alien, Drac, and Frankenstein, and the Alien's extreme width makes it extremely unique and freaky.
