I would say green in that several are rechargeable, but not any made from recycled material. We love the ones we have that are rechargeable.

Depends on what you mean by green. I have rechargeables and glass, and rarely by sub-par (to me) materials or ones that run on regular batteries, so I'm assuming yes.
