The mimi is good out of your list, though you might want to look at the Fairy rechargeable wand, I have one and it is amazing. By far the best toy I've ever owned.

I have rechargeable toys from Lelo, Jimmyjane, JeJoue, and Vibratex. They all hold their charges through multiple uses. So I'd recommend choosing a toy based on other criteria, all of the rechargeables do that part of the job just fine.
