I would never share toys through recycling. Even if they can be sanitized, I don't want to use something like toys that have been used by someone else first.

I would give away old toys that I don't want anymore, and I might consider taking someone else's old toys if a) they were nonporous and completely sterilizable and b) the person had a clean sexual bill of health.

I would have to do more research on it before actually doing it, but I would give away toys that I've used to people I know. I know I'm clean and there wouldn't be anything to worry about, I would have a harder time using a used sex toy, not knowing how clean the person was that used it before me.

I wouldn't be able to re-use a toy someone else used, but the site you linked said they recover each toy with a new layer of silicone. That sounds much better, but I honestly think knowing that underneath it was something that has been inside someone else, would always be in the back of my mind.
