The black one, if I could find a slip to go with it. I feel like a short slip would look awkward with the long skirt, but it's probably hard to find an asymmetrical one like that...

No. It's too sheer on its own, and I can't think of anything to wear over or under it to make it less revealing, and still keep the original idea of it.
