I've not seen it on a person, but given that it is a poly/spandex blend it should make for a flattering fit that hugs all the curves.

Not sure about this particular dress, but I have a couple mini dresses by Espiral. Though I'm relatively thin and fit, I'm not as petite (or airbrushed) as the model, and they still look and feel great on me.
