Help picking a bridal gift?

So one of my good friends is getting married and I was thinking of getting her a nice outfit. Only problem is she has a very small waist (like a size small waist) but she has HUGE breasts. Like, we can wear one cup of her bra as a hat huge. Any suggestions as for which ones might look good on her?
