To be honest, it depends on which one you are looking at. Is there one in particular that you are interested in and I can either find out for you or perhaps find one of the reviews that lists that information?

None in particular. Just looking to see if anyone has had experience with comfort as an issue with any of them.

I have a few babydolls from here that are comfortable enough to sleep in. It also depends on what you find comfortable to sleep in. In general I recommend something with adjustable straps, no underwire, and a build like a long tank top rather than one that's open across the stomach. You can read reviews and ask the reviewers what they think, or I can try and make more specific recommendations.

That would depend on the material also, like nylon tends to be itchy and polyester is better. If you want one that is really comfortable everone says that naughty people chemise is a great one.
