We had a waterbed for a long time, so I can relate, especially since the heels I wear during sex could probably impale a wild boar. That DOES, however, also eliminate the 'discomfort' issue, since any attempts to stand or walk in them become, at best, a 'totter' or slight 'wobble.'

All the time. I dress up in lots of outfits/lingerie for my man and these almost always include wearing heels. He has a bit of a high heel fetish and likes me to keep them on in bed even when im naked.
