First post! Glad to meet y'all! I just ran across this number and was delighted. I'm all over lingerie, the more frivolous the better, but it's hard to find anything both in my size (2X) and price range (under 150). What has been your experience buying lingerie? Any funny stories?

i bought a corset w/ a skirt off of ebay for halloween last year... never again. it looked way cheaper than on the site, it did absolutely nothing for my boobs, & the skirt was unwearable in public. i had to buy a separate skirt. i was so upset that i had spent almost $45 for a piece of crap.

And Coquette is a very good brand. Every review I've read of their products seems to be positive. All the reviewers have rated it 4 stars or higher. That's pretty good in my book!

I cant help you with the finding one.. but I do have a kinda funny story...
When my husband and I were to be married, the ladies at the church threw my a bridal shower where I got 3 Corset pieces of lingerie complete with fishnet stockings and everything... several months later we ended up having to move, during which time I went into labor with our first child...SO while my husband and I were in the hospital our Pastor and a few other men from our church, decided to assist us, and went to our house and finished moving us out.
Our bedroom set is solid oak and very heavy so they had to take all the drawers out of our nightstand.. In the bottom drawer of my night stand is where I kept my Corsets and tingle gel..
needless to say... they all were pretty embarrassed, and then when they mentioned it and even teased about it, I was pretty embarrassed.. They told us next time they'll call and ask if theres a secret drawer they dont need to open! It was pretty funny tho.
