For me it really depends on the guy. Silk boxers are definitely a win. I never thought tighty-whites were sexy at all, but they're mostly what my guy wears because he needs 'support' (and has a vasectomy so he doesn't have to worry about his sperm count or anything obviously)... and I've grown to find him sexy in them, though I'm sure at this point I'd probably find him sexy in a burlap sack. I think those bikini-cut underwear are pretty sexy, but I've never seen anyone actually in person wearing them and am not sure if it's one of those things that only looks good on male models.
I'd also like to vote "commando" and "in my panties" ;p

My guy wears boxer briefs and I love those on him because they show off his great tushie! Commando is good for me too - but he doesn't like to do that often unless he wants to surprise me.

Silk boxers are nice too - but I haven't seen him in anything else yet.

I ended up picking boxer briefs as well but it depends on my mood. He's really turned me on with boxers as well. And I'm not sure I could really get him into anything smaller than boxer briefs, but maybe I'll try, lol

boxer briefs are awesome. they give the tightness of the briefs so you can see his package, yet it gives the casual look of boxers. I also thinks it gives men more support down there as well. of course, i wouldn't know myself because i don't have a penis, but it looks like it does. Also i heard briefs lower sperm count, so i wonder if the boxer briefs give more support to circulation since it is less confined to one area. i don't know i just think it is hot. now i'm going to have to take a cold shower. although i'm not sure if that helps a woman the same way that it helps a man.

Other than that I like boxer briefs. That's what hubby wears. My gosh, even my two sons wear boxer briefs. That might be because I'm the one to buy them.

Commando, definitely! He will only do that occasionally as a surprise (usually in the summer, less chafing in cargo shorts I would imagine.)

He wore bikini briefs for a few days after his vasectomy because he needed the support- we still laugh about it because, to us anyway, they look utterly ridiculously funny.

Boxer briefs. Definition without being too high-cut! Although...my dad wears tighty whities and my brother wears boxers, so I'm scared from those two. And honestly, most guys who wear boxers just do it so they can sag their pants...which I think looks ridiculous.
