Ick! I'm not sure why, but using something as a lubricant that isn't expressly meant to be used as a lubricant sorta makes my skin crawl.
It's natural/organic and a lot better for you to use on your skin and inside of you than the regular chemicals in lube lol

We'll stick with our standard lube choices.

I love coconut oil! It can be used as a massage oil, a skin and hair moisturizer, even a lubricant. I was wondering if any of you use coconut oil for lube as well?
Thank you for bringing this up, I was not previously aware of coconut oil as a sex lube. Currently it's become our favorite, so Kitten B, Thank You!

I've heard grape seed oil is the best oil to use as a lube.

Interestingly, the Greeks and Romans used olive oil for lube (and oil lamps) long before anyone ever tried eating it! So, natural oils were the first lubricants. The beauty of coconut oil in particular is it's highly shelf stable and it has antimicrobial properties.

I just read of someone here using food grade coconut oil as a lubricant for anal play. I never though of this, but would love to try.

That would feel strange to me, since I prepare Most of my food with grape seed oil. I think it might be too oily? I don't know.

I don't like the taste of coconut oil (or coconuts) so for me it's strictly a lubricant. In Texas, though, it's liquid for much of the year.

we have just started using coconut oil as a lube and WE LOVE IT! lasts a long time, feels great, and doesn't get sticky.

I've never tried it, but honestly I never think I would, id rather stick to traditional lubricants.
