JO is good, and ID is pretty good too. They've both got glycerin and other things that might cause yeast infections or UTI's if you're prone to them, and both seem to have a bit of a diet aftertaste to them.
If you are prone to infections stay away from the flavored JO. I'm not really prone to infections so I didn't think the glycerin would be a problem, but I ended up getting a yeast infection from it.
