I have a bottle of lube that has one of those push pumps. I HATE IT. You can't put it away easily and you certainly can't travel with it. I wind up pushing out excess lube trying to close the damned thing. anyone have any success replacing the top with something else?

I don't see any reason why you couldn't just replace the top with a flip-top cap or something similar. Just find a product with a similar bottle and steal the cap (after you buy it, of course).

What if you closed it every time you used it in case you needed to travel with it? That way you wouldn't have to end up wasting lube trying to get it shut so you can travel with it. Or Stormy's idea is good too.

I love the pump top on Maximus. It's a lot better than squeezing it out of a bottle with lubey hands.
