ID Him Leather Scented Cream

Has anyone used it? The primary review on the product page states that oil based lubes are not compatible with silicone toys. I always thought that oil was compatible with silicone and that the only limitation was condom use... Also, is the leather scent overwhelming? Is it like leather after it's been cleaned or brand new leather?

There are a total of 7 reviews for that product. If you scroll down the product page, you'll see a sample of the most helpful favorable and critical review with a link below that says "Read all ID Him lubricating cream leather scent reviews." That link takes you to this page: link. Hopefully one of the reviews will have the information you are looking for regarding the scent. If not, you could try messaging one of the reviewers. As far as oil based lubes go, they are safe to use with pure silicone toys.

You are correct they contradict themselves. They say that it isn't compatible with silicone. Which it really is. Then they say they used Latex gloves after saying it isn't compatible with latex which is true, it will deteriorate latex to the point that it will break. so If she really did use latex gloves I would be surprised if they didn't break. That review shouldn't even have been allowed to be posted since it sound fake. I highly recommend to test this cream on any material or area being used on before use...since it is never certain how it will react.

I personally like the scent and isn't overwhelming to me at all....I would also recommend getting a small container of the unscented also to try it....and your not stuck with leather every time just in case your not a fan.

I only use oil-based lubes for hand-to-cock action, regardless of what a product label or review might say. I was curious about this lube, but a few reviews had negative comments about the scent.
