I am really confused right now because I am trying to review a lube that claims to be paraben-free, yet lists methylparaben as an ingredient. Am I missing something here or is methylparaben not a paraben?

The product definitely lied. You can definitely let customer service know, but also make sure that you note that in your review.

I contacted customer service and told them about the issue. You can check out the product page for yourself link. Note the performance category and ingredients.
