I want to get a silicone lube, but most of them seem to be quite thin. I've only tried Bodyfluid since I got a sample with a toy, but I found it too runny and drippy. I've read some reviews and the only one that I've seen mentioned as being thicker is Better Sex Essentials. Is that my best option or are there other thicker silicone lubes out there? I'd prefer something that is available in a smaller bottle since I won't be using a lot of it.

I love silicone lubes and my favorite is the Wet Platinum Bodyglide. It's not super thick but it's decent. It's our favorite for hand jobs and anal. It actually works great for anal. It comes in a handy little flip top bottle. Perfect size for the less used lubes

There are some "anal" silicone lubes out there that are a bit thicker, but I haven't found any that are really thick.

Pink Unity is a combo of Water and Silicone. It is very smooth but also thick.

I don't have experience with it, but how about Pjur Premium Creme. I'm assuming it's think since it comes in a tub.
