It greatly depends on the masturbator and, even then, the internal texture is often the most important thing to consider. You can't go wrong with one of the Tenga Flip Holes or the Fleshlights, although some Fleshlights are certainly better than the others. It's a toss-up with less expensive masturbators as some are very good while others are about a fun as humping a bowl of jello (no, I haven't tried that).

As far a benefits are concerned, good masturbators are GREAT to use and provide many more sensations than a good-ole hand job. While hand jobs will never go out of style - heck, they're very convenient - masturbators provide a lot more variety.

It really depends on what his usage of it will be, and what he prefers. For me, a masterbator can feel great, but nothing beats (pun intended) the ease of five fingers as you stated. They are easier, less mess, and always available with very little clean up needed.

The only positive I can say about a masterbator, is as another poster stated, the do provide a lot more variety and different sensations that a hand just can't achieve on its own.

Great question! I have some male friends who would love nothing more to have one or two and then others who say they would never use one, but I personally think that's just because they feel uncomfortable about it because it's foreign to them. If I had male parts, I know I'd be sticking it in anything I could try, no shame about it! LOL

To me it is like getting a little 'strange'. Ya know, Rosy the right gets boring so you switch to Lucy the left, but then what? Get out Stoya's Fleshlight or Tenga's Flip Hole of course. Nothing like changing it up now and then.

After having a discussion about this with a friend, it seems a masturbator is a perk when you have the time and interest to really ENJOY it. The problem is many if not most men only spend a quick moment when they masturbate. There is no love in it. IF however he takes the time to enjoy himself, or you can use a toy on him in that way... you will both clearly see the difference.

Another thing to think about is the toy you select. Clearly when a man has a willing hungry woman at his side, there is less need for a traditional masturbation toy. So... you will want to select ones that do NOT try to mimic natural sensations. Pick ones that are more outrageous and pure joy, instead of the ones claiming to "Feel like the real thing"

If you do this, I'm sure you will both have fun with it!
