It's just a different color, nothing different about the texture.

The Tenga is the only company I know that differentiates by case color. The Fleshlight series has a multitude of colors available, but the names give you a hint that they are different, although some of the different ones have the same texture. Just check the comjpany's product specs and it will give you the answer to your question.
