Well penis sleeves are pretty much that. My partner reviewed one that made him feel different for me and for him.

Oh I think I get what you mean now...that'd end up having him pretty far away from her though...like two penis lengths away. Might work out better to just get one of those realistic vaginas and then have him fuck that while giving her manual or oral stimulation. That'd still give a threesome type feel to it.

Hmmm...I've never heard of a product like that. However, I know ASLAN leather makes a male strap-on harness. So basically, there's a place for his penis, but the strap-on attaches a dildo to his body so he can have sex with the dildo instead of his own penis. I also believe there are some strap-on harnesses that have a hollow dildo attached where the male's penis will be kept which will keep him from feeling much pleasure.
