I think that none of them really feels like a vagina.... nothing but a vagina truly does. I think it depends on what sleeve you have...a LOT actually. The material is nice, but the Lady Original is pretty loose and completely smooth inside...nothing like a real vagina at all. The tighter ones or the ones with added texture inside would be much better obviously, but nothing besides a vagina feels like a real vaginal.
