I read this linked to kotaku.com a video game site. The link is in japanese. The pictures speak for themselves though.

I understand the purpose, but isn't that a bit strange? It's not really interactive. The animation is a bit too strange to put into words.

Any thoughts on this?

I need to see if I can find it, but there is a machine you can hook up to your comp so it well do the same movements as the porn. Not at all surprised, such goody bundles are pretty common in Japan. One of the many reasons why I prefer Japanese games. In the west, when games and anime are localized, we sometimes get some cool little treats packaged with them. Trinkets, mouse pads, character pillows and so on--but here it is not so common. Japan likes novelty.
