Okay, so I'm thinking of getting the boyfriend a Tera Fleshlight (because I have tons of toys and he has none and cause I have Tera products too )

... but, I was just wondering- what's the difference between the twista and the lotus?

I understand that the twista has a spiral inside and the lotus narrows and widens, but like.. what's the real difference in sensation? Is one better? Each sleeve only has one review, so... it's hard to tell, heh.

I think that is awesome that you are picking a toy for your boyfriend!

I have not used either of these Fleshlight sleeve styles before, but from looking at the pictures of the 2 different textures... my guess is that with the texture of the Lotus each of the bumps or ridges would be way more noticeable as there is a higher contrast. Where as with the Twista, I would imagine that it would be smoother (in comparison) due to its consistent texture. If I were choosing between these two, I would likely go with the Twista.

If your boyfriend doesn't have a long penis, I'd go with Twista. If you look at pictures of the inner texture of Lotus, you'll see that the texture doesn't start right away, and dudes with shorter penises may not even reach the texture.

Thanks guys! Very helpful info! I think I'm leaning towards the lotus, since ones of my toys is the "big one", and we stretch me out once in a while, I think the lotus' varying texture might be interesting.

I think Epiphora is hitting the nail on the head here. I have a Lotus interior sleeve and I will say I like some of the ridged interiors better, but some guys might totally prefer the Lotus. Length has a lot to do with it, I think.

Alan has both of these, and he says the Twista is looser than the Lotus (thus better for men who have a lot of girth) and it also feels smoother inside. Frustrating enough, he says they're "both great", so I guess that doesn't help much does it? lol

Definitely go with the lotus. Nearly all the comparisons I've read say that the lotus is the best of all the sleeves.
