You usually can't go wrong with Fleshlights. I would also suggest that you try one of the Tenga Flip Holes - they're as good, if not better than, Fleshlights. I've got the original Flip Hole (the white one) and it's still one of my all-time favorites.

I think a flash light would be best. My guy wont use them, only because he likes thing that he could appy his own pressure. With a flashlight you can't do that.
