I don't know..I personally don't find it weird for women to review products that their male partner used or for men to review products that their woman partner used..so long as they know some details about the experience. I think that's kind of the great thing about EF! You get different perspectives in the reviews. One might be a masturbator that a woman reviewed that her man used and the next on the same product might be from a man who used it himself.
My husband doesn't want to review and his reason why is that he has the Maven, he's happy with the Maven and doesn't see the point in needing anything else. If I ask why he likes the Maven he says "it works". He's curious about the fleshlight since he's heard so much about it..but I'm sure if I bought it for him he'd say "yea it works". So, unless I was going to use it with him and then write the review it'd be a pretty short review! LOL
He also has always thought it's odd how women talk about things with their friends about their bodies and sex and stuff and him and his friends really don't. I've told him that some men DO talk about this stuff with each other..but he just can't imagine it. He's perfectly open with me and will talk about anything with me, but he just thinks for himself that he'd feel awkward talking to other people about it. Luckily he has no problem with me doing the talking about our sex life!
He's more than willing to help me with the reviews by trying the toys out with me..and sometimes he helps me name them but that's about it lol
